Welcome Casey Moss

Please join us in welcoming Casey Moss to New Capital Management. Casey has assumed the Administrative Coordinator position, working with New Capital clients in many areas of client services and account administration, office administration, and much more.

Casey is a native Houstonian, born in Tomball and raised in Cypress. She loves spending time outdoors, attending electronic music festivals and exploring the city. Casey’s hobbies include playing video games, biking and skating at the park, cooking and working out.

Casey is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, College of Business Administration, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing in May of 2014. Prior to that, she spent two years studying Music Education, playing the Oboe for eleven years and the Alto and Tenor Saxophone for four years. Casey was also invited to perform with the symphony orchestra, and SHSU Wind Ensemble, the highest level performing band at the university.

Before joining New Capital, Casey spent seven years in customer relations and account management at Enterprise Car Sales, and Kendra Scott, a luxury goods and jewelry store. She takes great pleasure in exceeding expectations and delivering an unsurpassed client experience.

You will likely meet or hear from her soon, but in the meantime, here are a few fun Q&A’s for you to get to know Casey.

  1. Who would you want to be stranded with on a deserted island?

Marcus Aurelius, T.K. Coleman, and The Minimalists

  2. What is your favorite book to read?

The Daily Stoic: 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance and The Art of Living. It has short passages on stoicism every day and it's something I keep reading year after year.

  3. If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

The Netherlands. I love the aesthetic and I hear that they have some amazing local markets.

  4. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Ground beef, black beans, tomatoes and rice. My mom calls it "goop" and has been making it for years. It's simple to make and really tasty!

  5. What is the best gift you have been given?

My boyfriend made me a lavender flower out of fishing wire and purple stones for Valentine's Day in 2020.

Casey is greatly looking forward to meeting and helping New Capital clients. Feel free to reach out to her at cmoss@newcapitalmgmt.com to welcome her to the team!
